The low area is from L6 to L27, and the high area is from L30 to L53. One of the biggest features of the office area is that the air conditioning adopts the world's most advanced variable air volume air conditioning system.
Starting from the 56th floor to the 68th floor are luxury hotels. There are a total of more than 270 spacious, bright and luxuriously decorated guest rooms, each with an average of 60 square meters. The 71st floor is the hotel's sky lobby, which consists of a business center, living room, conference hall and bar. The 72nd and 73rd floors are dining and viewing areas. The podium of China World Trade Center Phase 3 is divided into banquet annex and commercial annex. The total construction area is approximately 55,000 square meters. The banquet annex is located on the north side of the main tower. The first and second floors are shops and are connected to the commercial annex.
The commercial annex is located to the east of the main tower, with 5 floors above ground and 4 floors underground (including the parking building). The commercial annex with simple lines is equipped with a cable-type glass curtain wall to enhance the light and space in the mall. The hollowed-out floor slabs from the first to fourth floors can directly introduce light into the interior, making the mall environment more natural and integrating the inside and outside into a whole.
